We're an AI-augmented studio
building games, tools, and the community around them.

Three products in the pipeline — a turn-based RPG, a fitness tracker that doesn't judge you, and an AI companion that actually gets you. All built in public.

What we're building

Three products, three audiences, one studio.

How we build matters as much as what we build.

PawCommit is an experiment in what happens when a single person teams up with AI to build real products. Not a gimmick, not a toy — a working studio with 22 AI agents organized into specialized teams: development, design, QA, game design, narrative, marketing, and creative.

Caspar (that's me) sets the direction. The agents execute. Everything is visible on GitHub. No black boxes, no hidden processes. If you're curious about how AI-augmented development actually works in practice — not the hype, the reality — you're in the right place.

We believe in:

  • Building in public Our code, our process, our mistakes are all visible
  • AI as a collaborator Human direction, machine execution — not a replacement
  • Community-first products Tools that connect people, not isolate them
  • No judgment, ever Whether it's your calorie intake or your skill level
